AKHIL SABU
Currently working as a Quantity Surveyor, Akhil’s passion and interest in the construction industry was engraved at a very young age.
He pursued his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management from Aston University, Birmingham and graduated in 2021 with various awards under his belt.
Beginning his professional career as an architectural technician, he quickly progressed onto undertaking structural surveys and analysis to grow his knowledge and completing a wide range of construction projects across Essex until his own venture.
Now alongside his career, Akhil is pursuing his APM and RICS accreditations.
Akhil is a keen motor enthusiast, loves trekking and getting involved in community projects.
JOYAL THOMAS
Joyal is a dedicated professional in the AECO sector.
Working as a Design Technician for the world’s leading provider of building construction materials and engineered solutions, he is also currently in his 2nd year studying BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology at Sheffield Hallam University.
The passion for architecture and construction led him to start the firm with Akhil. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for balancing functionality with aesthetic spaces, Joyal holds his ambition and interest strong to bring to life what others imagine.
When he is not transforming his clients' lives, Joyal is a club-level cricketer who enjoys immersing himself in sports and exploring new activities.
