SINGLE STOREY REAR EXTENSION & GARAGE CONVERISON - CO1

Our clients envisioned an additional bedroom and a brand-new kitchen, and it was our duty to bring their vision to life. They approached us with a design in mind, seeking our expertise to ensure an efficient and functional proposal for the planning application.

We quickly finalised the layout and extent of the new kitchen, ensuring the existing integral garage was converted to provide maximum space for a double room with all necessary amenities.

Colchester Council granted a conditional application in accordance with their urban planning requirements. We completed and submitted building regulation documents to Colchester Building Control under a Full Plans BC application. 

The plans were reviewed, commented on, and approved prior to the commencement of works. Most of the work has been carried out by our capable client under the guidance of a registered builder.
